Ingredients
  • Regina linguini pasta (Cooked and drained)
  • 0.5 kilograms Medium-size shrimp
  • 1 cup Boiling water or broth
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (Finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano (Crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh basil or parsley (Chopped)
Instructions
  1. Wash shrimp.

  2. Heat 2 tbsps. of the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the garlic. Cook briefly without browning. Add salt, pepper and oregano.

  3. Add shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Add broth or boiling water, and then, let the mixture boil.

  5. Add linguini and basil to the mixture. Heat thoroughly. Toss well and serve immediately.
