Ingredients
  • Regina elbow pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • Fresh carrots, green beans, bell pepper and parsley (Chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Regina tomato paste
  • Salt, ground pepper and cardamom
  • Bay leaves (Crushed)
  • Broth or boiling water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, heat the oil. Add the elbow pasta and keep stirring.

  2. Once golden, add the boiling broth or water, and the fresh vegetables.

  3. Season with salt, ground pepper, cardamom and bay leaves.

  4. Mix it well and then add the tomato paste.

  5. Simmer the soup for 10 minutes.
